After completing your booking through SatuSatu, you will receive an instant confirmation. Simply show your mobile ticket upon arrival at the meeting point, complete registration, attend the safety briefing, and follow the guide’s instructions before starting the ride.
The recommended riding age is 15–60 years old in good physical condition.
This ticket is non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked.
Your package includes a guided UTV ride on beach and rice field tracks (approx. 5,000 meters), safety helmet, professional local guide, safety briefing, operational instructions, and locker usage with CCTV monitoring (storage only).
Food and beverages, personal expenses, insurance beyond the operator’s coverage, and any damage or repair costs caused by rider negligence are not included and will be the rider’s responsibility.
Please wear proper footwear and comfortable outdoor clothing. Helmets are mandatory and provided on site. Arrive on time at the meeting point and be prepared to follow all safety instructions during the activity.
All riders must strictly follow the guide’s safety procedures. Reckless riding — including speeding, donuts, entering deep water, or uncontrolled driving into rice fields — is prohibited. Riders are responsible for any vehicle damage (estimated IDR 1,000,000–10,000,000 depending on the incident). Lockers with CCTV are available, but guests are advised to keep valuables safely stored at their hotel.
