o redeem your ticket, please show your mobile ticket and meet the guide or admin at the agreed pick-up location. It is mandatory to confirm your booking before the visit by contacting mundukactivity@gmail.com or calling +62 821-4729-4251 to reconfirm your pick-up location and schedule.
Valid for ages 10 - 60 years
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled visit date. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the visit.
The ticket includes entrance admission, pick-up and drop-off service within the Munduk area, lunch, and guide fee.
The ticket does not include personal expenses or any additional purchases outside the listed inclusions.
Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing and hiking boots, and to bring mosquito repellent and sunscreen. Since you will visit the waterfall, bringing a change of clothes and a towel is also recommended.
The ticket is valid for the selected date only and is not available on Nyepi Day. Participants are advised not to wear high heels or gold jewelry and should ensure they are in good physical condition before joining the activity.
