On the day of the activity, simply show your mobile ticket when meeting the guide or admin at the agreed pick-up location.
Guests are required to reconfirm their booking and pick-up location in advance by contacting the operator via email (mundukactivity@gmail.com) or phone/WhatsApp (+62 821-4729-4251) before the visit date.
This activity is available for participants aged 10 to 50 years old.
Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund if requested at least 3 days before the visit date.
Participants are recommended to bring comfortable hiking clothing, proper hiking boots, and a head torch or flashlight for the night trek. It is also advisable to bring warm clothing, personal essentials, and a camera to capture the amazing views.
For safety and comfort, participants are not recommended to wear high heels or gold jewelry during the hike. Guests should follow the guide’s instructions throughout the trek to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
