The following Privacy Policy explains how we, SatuSatu (PT Tiptip Network Indonesia and its affiliates, or “We”), collect, store, use, process, transfer, disclose, and protect your information.

This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral and inseparable part of the Terms and Conditions for the use of the SatuSatu Platform (“SatuSatu Platform”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to ensure that you understand how we process your data.

Personal Data We Collect

When you register and create an account with Us through the application and/or website, you are required to provide Us with certain information. We collect such data to identify, contact, or locate a person or device associated with such data (“Your Personal Data”).

For the avoidance of doubt, Personal Data means data relating to an identified or identifiable individual as referred to in the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi). Data that has been anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer identify a specific individual is not considered Personal Data.

Depending on how you access and use SatuSatu, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Law and all of its implementing regulations (“PDP Law”), We may collect and process Your Personal Data as follows:

Identity and Contact Data

We collect information that enables Us to identify and contact You, such as full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, mailing address, country and region of residence, and other identification information. This data is generally collected when You create an account on the SatuSatu Platform or register as an Operator to offer services through the SatuSatu Platform.

Booking and Payment Data

To process Your bookings, We may collect data such as passport information (including number and expiry date), nationality, government-issued official identification, as well as payment and billing information, including credit card details, billing address, bank account numbers, insurance information, and other data necessary to complete transactions through the SatuSatu Platform.

Preferences and Travel Plans

We may collect information related to Your travel, such as travel destinations, flight details, accommodation, selected activities, and previous booking or purchase history, in order to provide services that match Your needs and preferences.

Health Data (in Certain Circumstances)

In certain circumstances and to the extent permitted by law, We may process Your health information, such as medical certificates or doctors’ notes, where such information is required for the provision of services You book through the SatuSatu Platform. Such data is processed with a higher level of protection as required under the PDP Law.

Content You Upload

We may collect content that You share through the SatuSatu Platform, such as photos, videos, voice recordings, comments, or other content, to the extent that You knowingly upload or share such content with Us.

Communication Data

We may store and process communications between You and Us, as well as between You and Operators, whether conducted through the SatuSatu Platform, email, instant messaging services, social media, or other communication channels, for the purposes of service delivery, support, and service quality improvement.

Survey and Feedback Data

If You participate in surveys, We may collect Your responses, opinions, and feedback to help Us understand user experiences and improve the quality of the SatuSatu Platform.

Device Information and Technical Data

When You use the SatuSatu Platform, We automatically collect certain technical information, such as IP address, device type and identity, unique device identifiers, MAC address, usage activity data (clickstream), access time, cookies or similar technologies, pages visited, and other technical data to maintain system security and improve Platform performance.

Location Data

We may collect general location information derived from IP addresses, telecommunications operators or service providers, network regions, or other data used to estimate Your geographic location. You may manage or disable the sharing of precise location data through the settings on Your device.

Other Information

In addition to the Personal Data described above, We may collect other data that is relevant and reasonably necessary for the use and operation of the SatuSatu Platform, whether obtained from Operators or through the SatuSatu Platform, to the extent permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

How We Use Your Personal Data

We process Your Personal Data in a limited, lawful, and transparent manner to support the provision and development of the SatuSatu Services. The use of such Personal Data includes the following purposes:

User Account and Identity Management

We use Your Personal Data to identify, register, and verify You as a user, including to manage, maintain, suspend, deactivate, or terminate Your account in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.

Provision and Operation of Services

Personal Data is used to enable You to access and use the SatuSatu Services, including processing orders, managing transactions and payments, and making payments to You in connection with services You provide through the SatuSatu Platform.

Verification and Legal Compliance

Where required, We process Personal Data to conduct verification processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, in order to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and ensure that service providers can deliver services safely and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Service Development, Personalization, and Security

We use Personal Data to maintain, develop, test, and improve the features and performance of the SatuSatu Services, including customizing content and recommendations (such as suggestions displayed on the homepage), as well as to safeguard system and user security.

Usage and User Behavior Analysis

Personal Data may be used to monitor and analyze user activities, usage patterns, and aggregated demographic data to understand user needs and improve the quality of the SatuSatu Services.

Communication and Customer Support

We use Your Personal Data to communicate with You, including to respond to inquiries, complaints, or feedback, and to provide information regarding updates, changes, or developments to the SatuSatu Services.

Marketing and Promotions (with Consent)

Operators and Service Providers

Operators and service providers acting on Our behalf, including but not limited to those that provide website hosting, maintenance, and security services; fulfill orders; perform data analysis and generate reports; offer certain functionalities; process payments; or assist Us in improving the SatuSatu Services and developing new services and features.

Our Affiliates

Our affiliates (meaning entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control, whether directly or indirectly), subject to this Privacy Policy or practices that are at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

Authorized Authorities

Authorized authorities such as the police, prosecutors, courts, and other government agencies, for the purpose of sharing Your Personal Data in connection with law enforcement actions, in accordance with the procedures prescribed under applicable laws and regulations and this Privacy Policy.

Business Transfers

Other companies or entities, in the event that We sell, purchase, merge with, are acquired by, or enter into a partnership with another company or business, or sell part or all of Our assets. In such transactions, Your Personal Data may be included among the assets transferred.

Other than as set out above, You will be notified when Your Personal Data may be shared with third parties, and You will be given the opportunity to opt out of such sharing.

Storage Location of Your Personal Data

Your Personal Data may be stored, transferred, or processed by Our third-party cloud server service providers. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that such third-party service providers maintain a level of protection comparable to Our commitments under this Privacy Policy. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations and will use our best efforts to ensure that Our affiliates in other countries and all third-party service providers provide a level of protection equivalent to Our commitments under this Privacy Policy.

How Long We Retain Your Personal Data

We retain Your Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide services to You. If You intend to stop using the SatuSatu Services and wish to have Your Personal Data deleted, You may submit a written request to the email address provided in the Contact section. However, there may be circumstances in which We are required to retain such data for a longer period as mandated by the laws of each country in which the SatuSatu Services are available. After You cease using Our Platform, We retain Your Personal Data in aggregated and anonymized form.

Security of Your Personal Data

We take measures to ensure that Your Personal Data is processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, please note that the processing of information over the internet is not entirely secure and involves risks beyond Our control.

We will always use Our best efforts to protect Your Personal Data, for example through encryption; however, We cannot guarantee the security of Personal Data transmitted over the internet, and any such transmission is at Your own risk. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the potential risks and the severity of impact on the rights and freedoms of You and other users. We maintain and periodically update such technical and organizational measures to enhance the overall security of Our systems.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account details, including passwords and One-Time Passwords (OTP), and for ensuring the security of the devices You use at all times.

Marketing and Promotional Materials

We may send You direct marketing, advertisements, and promotional communications through application push notifications, in-app and/or web messages, postal mail, telephone calls, short message services (SMS), social media, and email linked to Your use of the SatuSatu Services (“Marketing Materials”) if You have subscribed to Our mailing list and/or consented to receive marketing and promotional materials from Us. You may opt out of receiving such marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” option included in the relevant message or by contacting Us through the contact details set out below.

Please note that if You choose to opt out, We may still send You non-promotional messages, such as receipts or information relating to Your Account.

Amendments

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When We update this Privacy Policy, We will notify You by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy, posting the updated Privacy Policy, and providing any other notice required under applicable law. By continuing to access or use the Platform after the effective date of the updated Policy, You hereby acknowledge and accept all changes to this Privacy Policy.

If You do not agree to the updated Policy, You must stop accessing or using the SatuSatu Services.
