We were able to join this class last minute on a rainy day and it was such a fantastic morning. Tarisma and Andarani were great sous chefs, Jim, our head chef was super knowledgeable on Balineseflavours and ingredients... and only slightly scary when it came to breaking the banana leaf #wykyk
Best of all, the food we cooked over the morning was absolutely delicious!! Don't eat breakfast- you're notgoing to need it (or dinner for that matter)
Thanks so much guys- excellent value and delicious.

This was such a wonderful experience.
Starting with an authentic visit to the market where the restaurant buys its produce. Chef then shares the different ingredients that are used in Balinese cooking.
Once back at the restaurant, participants sharing every step to make an array of different authentic dishes including pork, chicken, rice, noodles, salads and sweets.
Highly recommend for the food, level of engagement, opportunity to make and try different dishes and for the amazing team at Warung Nia cooking class for an absolutely wonderful experience.
