For packages without transfers, present your booking confirmation or e‑ticket at the registration counter when you arrive | After booking, provide your hotel details and active contact number / Package with Satusatu Transfer: The driver will contact you directly via WhatsApp, or SMS to arrange pickup using the location details you provided at booking / Present your voucher or e-ticket to the driver at pickup

Open to all ages. The minimum age is 4 or 6 years old, depending on the selected package. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infants under 1 year old are not allowed to join the dolphin programs.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable. No refund for no-show or late arrival.

Pregnant women, guests currently on their period and guests with serious medical conditions are not permitted to join in-water programs.
