Reservations must be made by email in advance. Book at least 72 hours (3 days) before arrival during weekends, peak periods, and Singapore public holidays, or at least 48 hours (2 days) before arrival during the normal season.
Guests who miss the ferry or do not show up are not eligible for a refund or cancellation.
