Explore an extensive range of traditional and botanical distillates and uncover the tricks to balance the flavours in order to produce a unique blend of gin according to your own tastebuds. Expert instructors will be on hand to help you craft a special blend and share the brief history of gin and what makes it so special to Kangaroo Island. Once you’ve blended your own concoction, it’s time to taste the goods with a 50ml sample tasting of your own blend. Then, the remainder will be bottled up so you can take it home and proudly share it with family and friends.
