Had a really good experience at Bollywood Masala Restaurant in Kuta, Bali. The food was delicious and the ambience was pleasant and comfortable. I especially loved the Dal Makhani, definitely my favorite dish there. The Paneer Lababdar was also very tasty. The buffet included naan, roti, rice, salad, curd, green chutney, and papad, which made the meal even better. They also had non-veg options like chicken curry available for those who eat non-veg. I personally don’t eat non-veg, so I only tried the vegetarian dishes. The meal ended with butterscotch ice cream, which was a nice touch. Service was good, staff was polite, and overall the experience was satisfying. If you’re looking for good Indian food in Kuta, Bali, this place is definitely worth visiting. Must try!

Kartika Plaza）にある本格インド料理レストラン「Bollywood Masalaz（ボリウッド・マサラズ）」です あまりに美味しくて居心地が良かったのでなんと2日連続でリピートしてしまいました 初日は冷えたビンタンビールをお供にチキンハッカヌードルをピリッとスパイシーでビールがとにかく進みます 2日目はフライドライス（インド風チャーハン）と食後に温かいマサラチャイを注文 チャーハンは細長いインド米（バスマティライス）が使われていてパラパラの食感とスパイスの風味が絶妙 どちらの料理もとにかくボリューム満点で食べ応え十分です 食べていると初日は30人ほどの団体さん2日目も21時半頃に大型バスでインド人風のツアー客らしき方々がドッと来店して奥の席へ案内されていきました 本場の方がこれだけ大勢集まるということはそれだけで味が本物である最高の証明だと思います 何よりスタッフがみんなとてもフレンドリーで細かい気配りをしてくれるのが本当に嬉しいです カルティカ通りで間違いなく星5個でおすすめできる名店です
