A must wanneer je Bali (Ubud) bezoekt. Dit is het stukje cultuur wat je mee moet krijgen. Ik denk dat dit de beste cooking class is. De les is op de woongrond van de kok, waar hij met zijn familie woont. Je gaat naar dr markt of rijstplantage, hij geeft veel informatie en vervolgens bereid je een meerdere gangen indonesische maaltijd. Het is geweldig en het smaakt geweldig. De dag is goed vormgegeven. Een 10 voor de kok en zijn uitleg!
