We learned so much about the Beuatiful land. How vanilla grows, how coffee is been made etc. The cooking itself was also nice. We were lucky with having a small group. For me the workshop itself was easy, but is was indeed a beginners class. Next time I hope to make a bit more of special food. But we had a great time.

Wer ein außergewohnliches Erlebnis haben möchte kommt hier nicht dran vorbei Angefangen dabei wenn man es bucht , der kontakt über WhatsApp von minute 1 ist hervorragend. Sie antworten sehr schnell , jeder Kontakt war sehr herzlich. Wir hatten die Morning Class! Wir wurden an einem vorher ausgemachten Treffpunkt abgeholt. Danach trifft man sich mit seinem "Cookingguide" Man bekommt viel über Kultur und Essen erklärt, kann das ein oder andere probieren und es bleiben wirklich keine Fragen offen! Danach fährt man zur Farm.Hier wird viel was man kocht selbst angebaut.Wir hatten vor Ort noch ein kleines local" Frühstück ,bevor man die Farm näher kennen lernt. Man lernt viel über Kaffe,Zimt,Kakao,Vanille und einheimische Gemüse und Obstsorten bevor es zum Kochen geht. Beim Kochen bekommt man wirklich alles Schritt für Schritt erklärt, hier erfährt man viel über die einheimische Kochkunst. Man kann dann die vorher gekochten speisen genießen.Alles war sehr sehr herzlich und freundlich,etwas was man nicht vergessen kann Danke für dieses wunderbare Erlebnis <3
