Step into one of Bali’s most iconic destinations at Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park, home to the magnificent Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue standing proudly at 121 meters tall. This monumental landmark depicts God Vishnu riding the mythical Garuda, symbolizing power, wisdom, and protection.
The statue itself is a masterpiece that took 28 years to complete, envisioned by renowned Balinese artist I Nyoman Nuarta. First imagined in 1989 and finally completed in 2018, the structure was assembled from 754 modules, making it one of the largest statues in the world.
With your entrance ticket, you can explore the vast park grounds, admire the statue from different viewpoints, and enjoy the surrounding scenic landscape. Wander through the cultural park on foot or take a Segway for a more relaxed way to explore.
