Adults must be aged 13–99 years old, while children must be aged 3–12 years old. Please note that visitors below 21 years old are not allowed to enter the casino.
Pickup is available from selected hotels, residences, and suites in Kuala Lumpur City's Golden Triangle area, excluding Pudu, Chow Kit, KL Sentral, Brickfields, and the specifically excluded hotels listed in the tour terms. A minimum of 2 adults is required for selected hotel pickup.
The scheduled departure time is 9:00 AM. Please arrive at the hotel lobby or ground-floor entrance at least 15 minutes before departure. Pickup time and driver details will be emailed one day before the tour, after 8 PM. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
If the Awana SkyWay is under maintenance or out of operation, it will be replaced by the Genting Skyway or Goh Tong Cable Car, as applicable. From 13–17 July 2026, the Genting Skyway will replace the Awana SkyWay, the Chin Swee Temple stop will be skipped, and Genting Premium Outlets will not be included in the itinerary.
It is recommended to bring a jacket or outerwear, as the weather can be cold, especially in the evening. You should also prepare for possible motion sickness and keep your belongings secure.
