Please present your mobile ticket at the Gondola Ancol ticketing counter. Ensure the e-ticket is ready for scanning and increase your phone screen brightness to facilitate the QR code scanning process before entering the ride.
This activity is suitable for guests aged 3 to 99 years old. Visitors below 85 cm in height may enter free of charge. Children under 9 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Gondola Ancol operates from 12:00 PM to 05:00 PM on weekdays and 10:30 AM to 05:00 PM on weekends and public holidays. Operating hours may change without prior notice.
Please bring a valid e-ticket and wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. It is recommended to bring sunscreen, a hat, drinking water, and a fully charged mobile phone for ticket verification and photos.
All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
The Gondola ride lasts approximately 20 minutes, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful aerial views from a height of approximately 21 meters above sea level.
