Tickets are available for guests aged 3–99. Children under 12 cannot book tickets on their own, and children aged 16 and below must be accompanied by a parent with a paid entry ticket. Guests must be at least 110 cm tall to access the High Performance attraction.
Yes. All jumpers must wear grip socks, which are not included in the ticket and must be obtained separately.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your selected session. Check your preferred morning, afternoon, or evening session before purchasing, as tickets are valid only for the booked date and time.
Yes. OKU and special needs rates are available for walk-in purchases at the ticket counter.
No. Tickets are non-refundable, and changes to the booking date or time are not permitted.
