it's a must see, unfortunately they don't explain so much about the story of the dance, I would advise to read something about the Ramayana, just to understand a bit what's happen during the dance. anyway, it has been magical

Staying away from this company is not a “choice,” it’s literally a matter of protecting yourself. Because what they are doing is not selling an event, it’s knowingly putting people in a bad situation. They oversell tickets. Yes, you read that right — they take in more people than the capacity and force you to watch the show standing, in a packed crowd. You pay money, but in return you get neither comfort nor organization. You wait in line for hours, and when you finally get inside, you are treated with a “there are no seats, nothing we can do” attitude. Even worse, the company is so irresponsible that they don’t even respond to your questions, let alone try to solve the problems you experience. There is no one accountable. Once they take your money, they completely disappear. Safety? That doesn’t exist. During the show, there is absolutely no control, no organization, no guidance. Everyone is left on their own. In such a crowded environment, it’s completely unclear what would happen in case of even the smallest incident. But the real issue is this: the Uluwatu Temple part they take you to. It may look Instagram-worthy from the outside, but in reality it carries serious risks. There are hundreds of wild monkeys around, and they are used to tourists. They steal your belongings, they can attack, and biting incidents are quite common. People lose their glasses and phones, and in some cases suffer serious injuries. There are countless witnesses to these monkeys literally waiting for the right moment to attack. Even worse, in case of a bite or scratch, this is not just a “small injury.” Rabies risk in Bali has not been completely eliminated, and in such a situation you have to go to the hospital. This can expose you to treatment costs reaching tens of thousands of dollars. In short: What you are buying from this company is not an “event,” but uncontrolled crowds + zero safety + a real health risk. If you don’t want to ruin your vacation, wait for hours, stand in a packed crowd, and then deal with wild animals on top of that — stay away from this company. Especially going to events around Uluwatu with this organization means taking unnecessary risks. When you can enjoy a proper vacation, there is absolutely no logic in putting yourself into such chaos. Do your research carefully before booking. Because with this company, none of the problems you experience are actually compensated.
