  • Arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes before departure. Pickup time and driver details will be sent by email the evening before the tour, after 8:00 PM.
  • This is a shared tour and may include other guests. Vehicle type depends on the number of participants.
  • The Petronas Twin Towers observation deck is not included.
  • Bring a hat or cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the vehicle.
  • Pickup outside the coverage area may incur a surcharge of at least RM50 per car, payable directly to the driver in cash.
  • During major festivals or road closures, drop-off arrangements may change according to traffic conditions.

Pickup is included from selected hotels, residences, and suites in Kuala Lumpur City's Golden Triangle area, excluding Pudu. Guests staying outside the eligible pickup area may be charged an additional fee, payable in cash directly to the driver. Solo travelers must wait at Berjaya Times Square Main Entrance, in front of Starbucks, and should contact the operator to check availability.

Your pickup time and driver details will be sent by email the evening before the tour, after 8 PM. Please check your inbox and spam folder. Arrive at your hotel lobby or ground-floor entrance at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
