Please show your mobile ticket at the ticketing counter at the Maruti Fast Boat office in Sanur on your travel date. It is recommended to reconfirm your shuttle service in advance via WhatsApp at +62 812-4689-2524 and arrive early to allow enough time for boarding.
Adult tickets apply for ages 13–99 years, while child tickets apply for ages 4–12 years.
All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
