Wonderful trip — we really enjoyed the whole experience. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was amazing from start to finish. One of the highlights for us was exploring Nusa Penida — riding around the island was absolutely unforgettable. The roads, the views, the ocean cliffs, and hidden beaches made the journey feel like a real adventure. We loved stopping at different spots, taking photos, and just enjoying the freedom of traveling around the island. It was a perfect mix of excitement, beautiful nature, and great memories. Highly recommended!

Ich frage mich wirklich, wie bei diesem Preis 5-Sterne-Bewertungen zustande kommen. Schon die Organisation war enttäuschend: Statt der angekündigten 30 Minuten saßen wir ganze 90 Minuten im Auto, bevor wir überhaupt am Boot ankamen. Dabei war der Transport völlig überfüllt – unsere Tochter musste sowohl auf der Hin- als auch auf der Rückfahrt auf meinem Schoß sitzen, weil schlicht kein Platz mehr vorhanden war. Das geht aus meiner Sicht gar nicht. Im Speedboot selbst war es extrem unangenehm – kaum Luftzirkulation und entsprechend stickig. Das gesamte Erlebnis wirkte wie reine Massenabfertigung. Alles war durchgetaktet, hektisch und unpersönlich. Für das Schnorcheln blieb viel zu wenig Zeit an den einzelnen Spots, sodass wir nicht einmal alles sehen konnten. Das Mittagessen war ebenfalls enttäuschend: Es war kalt und hat leider nicht geschmeckt. Nach dem Essen mussten wir dann noch etwa 40 Minuten warten, bevor es weiterging – gerade mit kleinen Kindern sehr unangenehm. Diese verlorene Zeit hat uns letztlich bei den eigentlichen Stops gefehlt. Besonders ärgerlich: Wir haben bereits 150 € für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder bezahlt, sollten dann aber zusätzlich für unsere jüngere Tochter Essen zahlen, da sie als „Infant“ gilt – das ist für mich absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Auf der Rückfahrt wurde dann auch noch bewusst die Mautstraße gemieden, was die Fahrt unnötig verlängert hat. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich dennoch, dass die Mitarbeiter freundlich waren und wir die Fotos und Videos direkt nach der Tour unkompliziert per WhatsApp erhalten haben. Das Schnorcheln an sich war ebenfalls schön – die Unterwasserwelt ist wirklich beeindruckend. Trotzdem überwiegt insgesamt klar die Enttäuschung. Für den Preis lohnt sich diese Tour aus unserer Sicht definitiv nicht. Nach der Antwort des Inhabers möchte ich noch etwas klarstellen. Ich habe in meiner Bewertung meine persönliche Erfahrung ehrlich und sachlich geschildert. Es ist nicht in Ordnung, mir öffentlich zu unterstellen, ich würde lügen. Dass wir Fotos und Videos gemacht haben, bedeutet nicht automatisch, dass wir mit der gesamten Erfahrung zufrieden waren. Auch positive einzelne Aspekte (z. B. die Unterwasserwelt) ändern nichts daran, dass das Gesamtpreis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht gestimmt hat. Ich stehe weiterhin zu meiner Bewertung. Kritik sollte respektvoll behandelt werden – persönliche Angriffe sind hier fehl am Platz.
