If you are still having issues finding your nameboard, please call our customer service or inform the information flight counter.
After you meet our representative, you will be connected with a driver who will escort you to the place where your hotel is staying according to the reservation hotel name.
This pick-up service open daily starts from 06:00 am to 11:59 pm midnight. And this type of pickup vehicle service has 3 options, namely economy class ,standard class and premium class.
