Operating Hours & Visit Duration

  • Regular Operating Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.
  • Scheduled Closure: The first and third Monday of each month, except when those Mondays fall on a public holiday. On those public holidays, the towers open from 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
  • Evening Xperience Slots: 6:00 PM, 6:15 PM, and 6:30 PM.
  • Estimated Visit Duration: Approximately 1.5–2 hours.

  • Tickets are limited and issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Tickets are valid only on the date and time stated on the ticket, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
  • Malaysian visitors may be asked to present their MyKad.
  • Senior citizens should bring valid identification.
