The tour lasts approximately 14 hours, including the journey between Kuala Lumpur and Taiping.

Adult tickets are for guests aged 13–99, while child tickets are for children aged 3–12.

Pickup is included from selected hotels, residences, and suites in Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Bukit Bintang. Pickup outside these areas may incur an additional fee, payable in cash directly to the driver.
