Complete your booking on SatuSatu. Arrive at Transformers Center Batu between 18:00 and 18:30 WIB, present your e-ticket QR code at the registration desk, and collect your entry wristband or pass before proceeding to the theatre.

The minimum age is 5 years old, with no upper age limit. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and children under 5 are not recommended to attend.

Each ticket includes one admission to the show on the selected date. Regular Pass holders receive standard seating, while VIP Pass holders receive priority front-row seating and early entry access.
