this is a very honest review… the staff were nice and super helpful, also responsive through WhatsApp… btw, you can refund your ticket D-1 before departure. I was almost late but one staff gave us a hand, suggested our taxi driver (by phone call) to just stop across the Sanur Harbour entrance rather than taking a turn around (which will cost more time), he also picked us up in the entrance gate and the crew were also waiting for us to go onboard… don’t worry, they’ll carry your luggage on and off board.

Excellent care and service. Nanang the Director of the ship from Lombok went to extra lengths to return my thongs! I left them on nusa lembongan beach going to Lombok and by then evening the next day they were down to Kuta Lombok! Thank Nanang the boat had AC and friendly staff also.
