9AM or 3PM, you will be picked up from your hotel or at a specific meeting point. Then we take a walk to local market to get ingredients. It will be more crowded in the morning, it will be unforgettable experience to visit local market. You will be asked to by some thing, don't worry, you can skip with a smile. Every one is busy buying and selling goods, this is such chance to know about local daily life and local culture.
When we get enough ingredients, we transfer to local home for cooking class. At this class, you will learn how to cook the real Vietnamese traditional food under the guidance of professional cook.
After that, it's time to enjoy your own cooking creation and numerous food from instructor. Besides foods, you may have chance to taste unique and special local wines.
Finishing your meal, our cooking class ends and you will be dropped off at your hotel or at starting location around 13:30 or 19:30
