Tuna Auction tour – 5:00–6:30
- Watch the entire auction process from the best place from start to finish, starting with raw tuna auction and frozen tuna inspection from 5:00 to 5:30
Toyosu Market Tour – 6:30–9:00
- As a nationally licensed guide with over 7 years of expertise, I (Fumi) will lead you on my tour! Explore Toyosu Market, sample a variety of Japanese foods, and gain insights into the inner workings, history, food distribution, and learn about Japanese food traditions and manners, all about sushi including sushi etiquette and its history, umami, dashi, fish aging etc.
- Enjoy an authentic sushi at the market's finest sushi restaurant (we make reservations every day for the restaurant, so you won't need to line up).
- The market is the best place to shop for a wide range of authentic souvenirs such as Japanese fruits, Japanese sweets, green tea, miso, sake, nori, dashi (dried kelp, dried bonito flakes) kitchen knives and tableware.
- Enjoy Tokyo's skyline views from the rooftop of the market.
End – around 09:00
- I will either put you in a cab and see you off, or take you to the nearest station Shijō-mae Station and see you off.

- There are two auction viewing areas, and if you win an online advance application lottery, you will be able to watch the auction from the closer viewing deck for about 20 minutes between 05:30 and 06:30. In order to apply for the lottery, Please book the tour by the application deadline.
- Cabs are the only means of transportation during these hours. I will meet you at your hotel or at/near your Airbnb. The fare from your accommodation to the market is not included in the tour price and is to be paid by you. Our guide will pick you up at your hotel or at/near an Airbnb in Tokyo's Chuo-Ku, Chiyoda-Ku, Shinjuku-Ku, Shibuya-Ku, Bunkyo-Ku, Nakano-Ku, or Minato-Ku(Excluding Minato-Ku's Takanawa, Shiba, Shibaura, Shirokanedai, Mita, Kaigan, Konan, Minamiazabu and Daiba) at no extra charge. The guide will arrange a cab and we take the cab from your hotel to the market and you will pay the cab fare on the spot. More than 90% of foreign visitors to Tokyo stay in these areas. If your accommodation is outside these areas and you wish to be accompanied to the market, an additional fee may be charged.
