We had an amazing experience in Bali thanks to Gustu and Komo. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, attentive, and friendly. They made us feel comfortable the entire time and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Not only were they excellent guides and drivers, but they also helped us capture incredible moments with amazing photos throughout the trip. Their knowledge of the area and attention to detail truly made a difference. If you’re visiting Bali, I highly recommend Gustu and Komo, they will make your experience unforgettable.

My Mount Batur hike in Bali was one of the most memorable experiences of my trip. I booked a tour with transfer, and everything was very well organized: I was picked up, then taken by jeep to the starting point, where our little adventure began. The hike took about 45 minutes — quite manageable, yet incredibly атмосферic. I was especially lucky with my guide, Komang. He was absolutely amazing: kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the routes. He led me along a trail where there were hardly any other tourists — we were walking almost alone, enjoying the nature and silence, which made the experience even more special. Komang not only guided the way but also shared a lot of interesting information about the mountain, its features, and history. He also happily took many photos of me, so I now have beautiful memories captured forever. It was very easy and enjoyable to spend time with him — you could really feel that he loves what he does. At the top, we were rewarded with a breathtaking sunrise and breakfast with an unforgettable view. It truly felt magical. I’d also like to mention the organization of the tour — I booked it through a wonderful girl named Debi, and everything went perfectly: quick, smooth, and hassle-free. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Bali, and I especially recommend Komang as a guide — with him, the hike becomes more than just a walk, it turns into a truly special journey.
