The Service: Friendly but Lacks Professionalism Let's start with the service. The staff were actually very friendly and welcoming, but their professionalism needs a lot of improvement. During our meal, they didn't know how to change our plates. They also didn't know that they should clear away our finished plates before serving new dishes. For a hotel restaurant, the staff definitely need better training. The Main Problem: Terrible Food & Drinks While the staff were nice, the food was the biggest disaster. The real food looked completely different from the pictures on the menu. The Steak: We ordered our steak medium-rare, but they served it medium-well (almost well-done). It makes me wonder if the chef even knows how to cook a steak properly. The Sushi: The sushi was terrible. It was even worse than a cheap chain restaurant. The Drinks: We ordered two drinks and both were bad. One was way too sweet, and the other had no alcohol taste at all—it just tasted like water. Conclusion Even though the staff had a good attitude, this hotel restaurant was a big letdown due to the poor training and badly cooked food. It is definitely not worth your time or money.

Amazing place for a quiet dinner. Food was devine! We had Nopi look after us and she couldn't be faulted, amazing from the minute we walked in, explained the menu and explained each item of food as it was brought over. The lady working the teppanyaki grill was also spot on, great chef whilst also deliver a show and professional service.
