Meet at meet-up point: Tsukiji Hongan-ji Temple 3-15-1 Tsukiji, Chuo 104-0045, Tokyo Prefecture Departure Point: Tsukiji Honganji Temple, in front of the main gate. *Tour guide will be holding your name on paper.
Attractions and Activities: Tsukiji Hongan-ji Temple (Free entry) Tsukiji Hongwanji Temple is a Buddhist temple is unlike any other, especially in terms of its architecture. While the outside of the temple is reminiscent of South Asian and Indian traditional design, the inside adds even more to the mix. It has seen a deal of damage over the years. It burned down just 40 years after it was erected in 1617, and was destroyed again in the great 1923 earthquake. You will meet your tour guide at the main entrance of the temple then start to the tour. You will passby this area by bus while you are heading to cooking studio.
