We dined here on the afternoon of our arrival at the Seascape Resort and it was the perfect start to our stay. We were warmly greeted by the staff, who kindly let us choose our own table, and we picked a spot in the sun overlooking the beautiful view.<br><br>The menu itself is beautifully presented, with visuals that perfectly match the dishes and cocktails on offer. We ordered a few different dishes, which I’m so glad we did because nothing fell short here. Every single dish was delicious, and the presentation of each one was spectacular. It was truly a feast for the eyes.<br><br>The flavours were perfectly balanced as well. I usually don’t enjoy raw seafood, but I devoured everything here, and that says a lot. The sushi box my partner ordered was absolutely delicious, and everything tasted incredibly fresh.<br><br>The Hokkaido scallops and the Banco cocktail were my personal favourites. They will genuinely live rent free in my mind until I eventually return. The food, cocktails, and presentation were all exceptional. The staff were also incredibly attentive throughout the experience, always clearing the table promptly and kindly offering additional beverages without ever feeling intrusive.<br><br>My only regret is not trying the desserts!<br><br>Breakfast was also included with our stay, and it was something I looked forward to each morning as I worked my way through the different options. I also loved that they included fresh fruit, an assortment of fresh and bottled juices, plus coffee with breakfast.<br><br>As an avid foodie, I would absolutely recommend this spot.

TSUNE Uluwatu was such a beautiful dining experience. The restaurant sits high up overlooking Uluwatu with the most incredible elevated views, especially at sunset. The whole venue feels luxurious yet relaxed, with an open-air design and such a great atmosphere — the restaurant was completely packed, which says a lot.<br><br>The food was amazing. We had the sushi boats, scallops, and a delicious beef dish, and everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every plate felt really high-end and thoughtfully done.<br><br>What I loved most was the overall experience — amazing food, stunning scenery, and such a vibrant energy. It’s located inside a gorgeous resort, which makes the whole night feel extra special.<br><br>Definitely one of the best Japanese dining experiences in Uluwatu. Highly recommend for date night, sunset drinks, or a beautiful dinner with friends.
